   - Refund items must be returned within ten days of purchase and must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

   - We do accept refunds on sale or promotional items.

   - Exchanges are acceptable if you require a different size.

   - Once it is approved, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping

   - We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return package.

3. Refund Options:
   - We offer refunds in the original form of payment or store credit, based on your preference.
   - Shipping fees and any applicable taxes are non-refundable.

4. Processing Time:
   - Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow five days for us to process your refund.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:
   - If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt for assistance. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as necessary.
